She should have at least changed the name of the pictures she stole. TPTB over there quickly swept the facts under the rug when they were pointed out by a jokers mod. Now Helena is trying to save face by posting that someone is out to get her and rallying her bulldogs around her. But, whose face is it that she's trying to save?

I think it is way past the time to make the call on RTVG. The place lives for drama, no matter the protests about "Look at the rest of our site and how nice it is." At one time it was a good place to get some good gossip, but now it has degenerated into a self-absorbed drama pit which is way too predictable.

A lot has been made of this backwater of the reality tv networld, mainly because of its "freedom of speech" policy and the subsequent airing of grievancances from other sites. A policy that now means anyone is free to say whatever they want as long as they don't mind being jumped upon by "The Pack" that has settled in. Anyone that posts is assumed to be a Jokers Updates spy, anyone that views a thread has their IP checked to see if it corresponds with the enemy list, and it doesn't matter if you are friend or foe, someone is always looking to see what you are viewing.

And the drama. If it doesn't come from outside, it is created inside. This is not the first time that Deb, the owner, has posted something such as the above to try to create drama. The best though was the recent "return to our roots" initiative, which got the drama wagon going, especially with Laura Palmer, who is either on vacation or taking an extended leave of absence from the site.

What keeps this site going? Well the same that keeps any site that has a controversial membership who makes fun of other people and sites - people go to read it, for whatever reason.

I for one, however, am tired of the drama, of the big brother attitude, of the juvenile language and clipart. I am taking the pledge and will not be visiting the site in the future. This site can either wither on the vine or reinvent itself into something worth reading again - in which case I may write about them again.

And now, let the Big Brother games begin.

We have been hearing about this book for some time. Well it isn't really out yet, and if you take a look at ecademypress.com, there are a few things about their operation that are interesting:

"We can offer fixed price options to get books published, listed on our web shop and on Amazon."

"we use modern production methods employing digital printing on demand, meaning that we can print a single book to order in a high quality edition at a very economical cost."

In essence - if you have written a book they will be happy to "publish" your book and get it on Amazon - for a price. And by the way, we don't really make hard copies of your book until someone actually buys it.

But on the bright side - if the book actually sells we may not have to be subjected to all these other money-making schemes to "keep Jokers running". Then again...

Spamgirl sent an email giving us the run down on all of the 'happenings' between BBQ and TV Grapevine.

The TV Guide article is posted on other sites, so if I did fake it apparently I faked it and then mailed it out to everyone who gets TV Guide ;) So that's it for the TV Guide issues, there are none except that Swampy and his kooky koolaid klan say it's fake because it comes from us.As far as us caring who gets info out first, it wasn't a staff member who made the post about him being jealous, it was just a poster - so it certainly wasn't our opinion, just that poster's. They feel he's jealous, we just think he's a kook.

You know from all the wars he's having (Kaysar, us, even poster on Jokers are trying to drive him away) that he's not just annoying us, but he does attack us (and me directly) at every possible moment. Who registered BB7BBQ.com? He threatened to do it during BB5 (to Brian at WLBB), so I wouldn't be surprised if it WAS him. We finally cracked under the constant barrage of BS coming from his end and posted about it. We vented, everyone got out what they wanted to, and now the thread is gone (as no one was posting in it anymore).

Chinbotcha's crap about him has been restricted to one thread, so he can have his little love fest without interrupting the rest of the board.The post about Swampy going to a catholic school we don't understand either - the same person posted the same thing about Bunky in another thread, probably a troll.And yes, Swampy on James' site (along with Brian of WLBB) had a big long thread saying the logo we posted was fake. That is who I was talking about, and after all the horrid things he's said about me and BBQ, the things written in the venting thread are fair game. At least we remove ours when we're through, he leaves his shit up for everyone to read forever. Although it is like an archive of his insanity... but who wants to read it?

This reality tv stuff is starting to blur together. Reality site owners and board members are thinking they are the stars. Reality stars are starting to act like board members.

So this Swampy character seems to be getting it on with a few Big Brother stars and trying to gain fame to boot. Which doesn't make a lot of sense - why would someone try to gain fame by using Reality Stars who haven't had much luck gaining fame on their own?

Here's the kicker - there are rumors of Swampy teaming up with Jokers Updates. From what I can tell that is a match made in Heaven - or at least one of those eternal resting places.

It appears that there is some rivalry of who can post the info 1st. Good GOD people this is not CNN. Yes, it's Big Brother but who cares who got the information 1st as long as it's gotten? Well we know who cares BBQ and realitytvnet.net .

There have been some ugly things going around about Swampy. Even more so since the convention last weekend. There has been some picture manipulation and now he said/she said. I understand that some people are bored until BB starts but really ... join a book club or something!

Spamgirl also states that "they" ( I assuming http://www.realitytvnet.net/) are saying BBQ's logo was fake. If you look through the thread there are several accusations thrown around. Pretty much covers everything from plagerism to adultery.

Why is it that people feel the need to announce they are leaving a board? Who really gives a shit? I love the ones that quit and people beg them not to and they are back posting in full force a month later. Well here is the latest user that is 'leaving'. Some people have said they will miss her and some have pretty much showed her the door.

I left the site as I was feeling saturated in negativity and I am sick and tired of all the bashing. I did not break from JU to find a site that bashes them constantly. I could hardly take anymore. If I have to read about 'skanky Ette' or 'Liann the disease from spring break', or about 'swampy' and how 'James is a pussy' or 'the pussification of the internet' and all the fuck you's and fighting or anymore of that shit I will vomit. I have put up with more than any one person would deal with trying to get to know you all. (You know it all started with that damn audio clip, which since it is now gone, I won't even go there.) It is so obvious that some of you have not appreciated me being here from DAY 1 and still do not. It's still that whole gang mentality, clique thing going on. The more that you let on about the spread sheets you keep, the pictures you copy to your computer from other sites and repost them, and the notes you have scanned; personal notes you take from people while driving in your car (ie; notes about bola from HG), then post online are so hurtful and rude. Empress - your name calling is as bad as JJ's. It's very sad really, I can't imagine for a minute that you would talk like you do to another grown woman if you were face to face...similar to what 'didn't' happen at the convention between Liann and Warpet or Liann and Jero. And that attitude of 'if ya don't like it, you can leave'....that's a given anyway and plain rude to tell someone that. Having said all that, I have seen you can also be chatty and nice when you want to be. I thought I would depart quietly until I saw this post. I at least owe it to you Deb to let you know why I left.
