Discussion Forums Open!
I didn't want to do this, but I have opened a message board for the site.
Why? Well it seems the open discussion of moderation and administration at Jokers Updates is being highly supressed. So I have created a place that it can be discussed.

I can't guarantee this board will stay open - there are way too many headaches associated with a message board that I don't really want to deal with. But it is open for now.
